Dental Insurance

We make every effort to provide care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.  Before you begin treatment, we will provide you information about your estimated insurance coverage and your options to pay for amounts not covered by your dental insurance plan. 

Payment is due at the time of service.  You may pay with cash or credit card –Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express

Financing is available through CareCredit, which is a third-party patient lender offering a variety of low monthly payment plan options. To apply or find out more information, please apply at www.CareCredit.com

We are a participating provider for many dental PPO plans.  We ask that you provide us with your dental insurance information at the time of scheduling your appointment so that we can verify benefits and confirm coverage.  In most cases, insurance does not cover the full cost of your treatments. It is designed to reduce your cost, but not to eliminate it completely.  Your portion of the cost (deductible, co-payment, and other non-covered charges) will be collected before service is rendered.  Our staff will file an insurance claim and will assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits available under your policy.  You as the patient, are ultimately fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of insurance covered. 

 As a courtesy we will file with your dental insurance on your behalf. You should be prepared to pay any co-payments. In addition, payment of sedation services is required at the time of the appointment.
